Another group of TEFL Students is graduating from Paradise TEFL’s TEFL Chiang Mai in just a few days. 

They have been with us since Halloween participating a certification program and studying Buddhism along the way. Unlike many programs that stress theory, grammar and impractical approaches toward teaching English as a Foreign (or Second) Language, TEFL Chiang Mai student teachers spend most of their time interacting with Thai nationals either at the temple or during extensive hands on practice teaching sessions. There is an opportunity to participate in Dharma Talks with renown Buddhist Monk and Scholar Khun Pra Da Nai in the nearby local village/”jungle” temple or stay in the city and focus instead on teaching without the additional Buddhist studies component.
