Fun in the sun is whats happening in April with Paradise TEFL's newest program location in the resort beach region of Hua Hin Thailand! 

 

Hua Hin, literally meaning "stone head" in Thai, is one of the oldest as well as the most popular beach resorts in the country, situated on the west coast of the Gulf of Thailand. 

Located about 200 km south of Bangkok and 85 km from the provincial capital, this resort town is much favored for its serene atmosphere comprising striking vistas, tranquil beaches, rainforest jungles, stunning caves, crystal clear water and clean white sand.

Once a typical fishing village, Hua Hin has now transformed into a well-established beach resort coupled with first-class facilities and traditional Thai hospitality. 

Attractions, among many others, are National Parkland of more than 2000 sq km and Teakwood Palace, which is 12 km south of Hua Hin. 

Hua Hin also provides excellent options to enjoy a range of activities such as elephant trips, fishing, beach cycling, snorkeling, and horse riding. Besides, Hua Hin is a golfer's paradise, with world-class golf courses such as Royal Hua Hin Golf Course and Lake View Golf Course. 

The city of Hua Hin is reputed to be one of the best places in the entire Kingdom for relaxation, outstanding seafood, and "sanook" times on the shores of the fabled gulf. Close enough to Bangkok to make it accessible for Thai families, foreign ex-patriots and local honeymooners alike. The city has grown quickly in the past decade as increasing numbers of international tourists and retirees have begun to settle in the city. 

Hua Hin now boasts a new Mall with increasing number of western influences into this once remote seaside village. If it a quieter setting which you desire rent a motorbike and head south about a half hour to the many less developed beaches and smaller scale resorts in the areas of Dolphin Bay near Pranburi and beyond, all the way to Prachuap Khin Khan. Here you find a slower and more relaxed pace, perhaps reflecting a life more relative to some by-gone era in Mexico or the Caribbean.

 

Our four week on-site TEFL course means you will spend most of your instructional time actually teaching. The advanced and intensive courses we offer are available throughout all of our many locations we now offer whether it is on the beach or in the mountains of in Thailand, Cambodia and Mexico or the big cities of China. 

 

The option of studying in Hua Hin means that you can have time to obtain your certification by arranging your schedule when it is most convenient to you and your students, allowing everyone ample time to complete assignments and focus on their observed teaching practice while still being able to relax on the beach or go for a refreshing swim.

The advanced course provides additional English Language teaching certifications and is offered in tandem with our site courses, or as a complete series of online modules. Ideally, you should have already completed a TEFL, TESOL or CELTA course first in order to be eligible and teaching experience is necessary. (Our on-site program provides 2 to 3 weeks of hands on observed teaching practice to help our teachers to effectively develop their skills).

 

All courses are properly accredited and you will receive a certificate of completion, which is internationally recognized and accepted when you graduate from the course. Many of those who already have experience as TEFL instructors are finding that becoming a certified TEFL trainer is another opportunity and feather in their cap in terms of meeting the demand of TEFL instructors (who are leaving their home countries and working abroad) by teaching others how to teach TEFL effectively.
